VMM. Can you explain to us why Feng Shui is important, and how it affects our lives?
J.S. It is important that you know about Feng Shui if you want to be in harmony in all areas of life. One thing is to go through life aimlessly, and quite another is to direct your life toward your goals; this is achieved with the tools of Feng Shui. I believe that all Feng Shui tools are equally important if we take into account that every case is unique, and I will use some or others depending on also unique needs, although I must admit that, in general, the 5 elements are the key tool.

Josefina Salvador.
VMM. How do you advise those who are interested in getting into the world of Feng Shui?
J.S. In order to advise people interested in Feng Shui, I first need to listen to their needs, which are always linked to the layout of their home or business. The second step is to visit their space, either online or in person. From that moment on, I can apply remedies throughout the entire space depending on specific needs.
VMM. What are the key points to consider to make a noticeable improvement in our home?
J.S. Feng Shui, no points are more important than others; for each home or workplace, the most important area will be the one that is damaged and needs to be restored.
If the Wisdom area is damaged, mistakes and other issues will be repeated.
In the Health and Family area, poor health or constant fatigue will prevail.
In the Abundance area, scarcity will always be present.
In the Fame area, a bad reputation will dominate.
In the Relationships and Partnership area, all relationships will be at risk.
In the Creativity area, life will lack meaning.
In the Benefactors area, opportunities will not arise.
In the Career area, there will be confusion about which career to pursue or which job to choose.
VMM. Do you think that 2026 could be a good year to put the main Feng Shui practices into practice in our home?
J.S. This year is a year of opportunities. We are in a planetary shift, beneficial for exploring and starting new projects; improving life at home or in business. Would you like to become a Feng Shui consultant?
Can you briefly explain where to place the workspace in a small home?
J.S. The home workspace (home business) will depend on the layout of your floor plan; if the Wealth and Prosperity area is not damaged, it is a good place, another could be the Career area, another Benefactors, it also depends on how Chi flows through the spaces. I will choose the best one in each case.
VMM. What would you like to add to finish?
J.S. Explaining what Feng Shui is, as it is a difficult question.
Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese science; it has been practiced for 3,000 years as a method to promote and enrich all aspects of life.
The science of Feng Shui considers our home or workplace as living elements that influence us. Everything around us—buildings, streets, furniture, decorative objects, and people—is interconnected with us in a dynamic relationship that sometimes produces beneficial results and other times catastrophic ones. Feng Shui teaches how, through the proper arrangement of these elements, we can generate health, wealth, and happiness in our lives.
