A World in Transition.
Updated: Sep 30
Interview with Jens Patteeuw.
Born in 1982 in the coastal town of Blankenberge, Belgium, Jens developed an early fascination with science, philosophy and the deeper questions surrounding human existence. He granduated with a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ghent in 2005, yet his curiosity soon led him beyond the boundaries of conventional disciplines.
For more than two decades, Jens has explored subjects ranging from the nature of reality and metaphysics, to spirituality, consciousness and the structures that shape our world. His approach brings together scientific curiosity, philosophical inquiry and spiritual explotation, seeking connections between dimensions of knowledge tnat are often considered separatetly.
He is also the founder of Hovtawa Healing House, a meditation and spiritual centre where he and his fiancée, Meg, organise meditation and gatherings dedicated to inner exploration and conscious connection.
Throught his public talks and writings, Jens invites us to question established narratives, examine the forces and structures that influence our societies, and consider the possibility of a deeper reality behind the visible world. His work weaves together thse questions with a spiritual perspective, encouraging a broader exploration of humanity, consciousness and our place withing the universe.
In 2023, he published a A World in Transition, with Oblisk Books, a reflection on the profound changes taking palce in our world and the possibilities that may emerge from them,
Jens answers our questions to explain his work and research.

How did you start getting interested in and investigating what is really happening in the world, behind the official narrative?
J.P. I woke up in 2004 when learning about all the anomalies with 9/11. It was my wake-up call that things are not what they seem. I remember watching the documentary “9/11: The Road To Tyranny” by Alex Jones, which I found “by chance” on the internet. At first I couldn’t believe it, because my old belief system was still running. I could almost not believe that a deception at that scale and level was possible. But I quickly learned. Before my “waking up”, I had no idea of the depth of the conspiracy against humanity, and how a lot of what we learned is false and that there is a carefully constructed “matrix” of limited perception built into society to keep us from seeing a greater truth and connecting to a greater reality. From 9/11I got into the bigger New World Order conspiracy, how there is a power structure on earth that links into almost all governments, and that a global agenda is being followed. I also got into spirituality at that time, because I grew up with a materialist worldview. Both of my parents were teachers and very scientifically minded, so I just took on their scientific worldview. There was no place for spirituality in my upbringing. Getting into spirituality and metaphysics really opened up my mind even more. I saw that things are connected, and that the conspiracy against humanity is not only political or economic, but is, in the end, about consciousness. That is why one of my specialties in my own work is combining spiritual awareness with an awareness of the agenda to control humanity. I think we need to have both.

I have been noticing a trend in the last decade: some people in the spiritual field want to have nothing to do with conspiracy. They consider it "dark" and only want to focus on love and light. While I agree it is most important to do that, I believe we can't ignore the shadow, not within ourselves and not on societal levels. And now that shadow is right in our face, especially during the pandemic with lockdowns all over the world and the curtailing of free movement, social contact, and the rampant fear that was instigated.
Likewise, those people who are only in the conspiracy world sometimes consider the people in the spiritual world too light and fluffy. Some conspiracy people don't focus on the love and light and don't cultivate that within themselves. There are, of course, excesses in either field. Some "conspiracy researchers" are into fear porn, and some "spiritual" people are using love and light and feeling good to cop out of real and pressing issues, both with themselves and society. And there is a whole range in between.
I believe these times, both sides need to learn from each other. People in the spiritual world will learn more about the value of discernment , especially when it concerns our so-called "leaders". Because a lot of good intentioned spiritual people are still naive and have faith in our "leaders". People in the conspiracy world will learn more about the value of holding a focus of love within their consciousness, and open their hearts. Both sides will pollinate each other.
I think it's time to let go of judgement. In the greater scheme of things, everyone is valuable, and every role needs to be played. We can't judge others because they expose dark subjects; that is the role they chose to play, and it is valuable. Likewise, those who make the choice to only focus on love and light within their work have an important role to play too. Some do both. Some do a little bit of either, etc. I choose to do both.
So let's not judge each other. The universal spirit doesn't judge, and no one is more valuable than anyone else in the greater scheme of things. We don't know the people personally. Some people who claim to be spiritual are actually totally into their ego. And some people who expose dark subject might have a real loving heart. Always be discerning and follow your feelings and intuition.
In these times, the dark rulers show their true face. Love is needed more than ever for the collective, and discernment is needed for those who still believe that there is no agenda behind the things that are happening right now in the world.
We need a love that can stand in the face of darkness, that shines bright and is not diminished by fear.

You have written a book about that subject as part of your research; could you tell us a little about this work?
J.P. My book “A World in Transition” is meant to have a broad scope. Because I like to combine grounded facts with a spiritual perspective, the book is structured to first outline the facts and then gradually move into the greater meaning of the conspiracy against humanity and its metaphysical side. I talk about the power structure on earth, the pandemic, transhumanism, and the metaphysical perspective because, in the end, it is all tied together. I see transhumanism as one of the big dangers, and I spent a lot of time on it in my book. Transhumanism aims to “improve” the human being through technology, to create a new man, a cyborg-like man. That is what the elites want to do, and that is one of their main goals: to literally transform humanity into a new species, and they are using all the latest and cutting-edge technology for it. Las vacunas contra la COVID, por ejemplo, eran un programa transhumanista. También había una intención espiritual más oscura con las vacunas contra la COVID que también menciono en mi libro.
You recently published a post stating that the current chaotic situation in Europe—driven by the globalist implementation of Agenda 2030—is something that has been in the works for many years. Could you explain what your research on this topic reveals?
J.P. Agenda 2030 is part of the bigger New World Order plan. The documents of the elites show that their end goal is a one-world global dictatorship, where countries are just regions that are subordinate to the central authority. That's why we are seeing, in the last decades, and especially since World War II, the rise of these global organizations that take sovereignty away from nation-states. For example the United Nations, the European Union, or a North American Union that is in the planning. The European Union is a vehicle, a stepping stone towards that New World Order, and the European agenda is completely infiltrated by this global movement. During the pandemic, we clearly saw that there is a global agenda. Almost all countries were implementing the same measures; only the timing was a bit different.
Agenda 2030 is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Agenda 2030 pretends to be for nature, pretends to be good for the climate, pretends to care about the people, but actually, the opposite is true. It is a totalitarian system in fancy dressing. Agenda 2030 aims to move people off their land; it attacks the farmers and creates a lot of regulations to make people's lives more difficult. It totally serves the elites who want to implement their plan, not the people.
Governments are not the top of the pyramid; they are just the middle management, and the European Union is increasingly becoming a de facto authority. People can say, countries still have their sovereignty, but in reality, it’s not. Almost all the national politicians implement what Europe wants and dance to the EU’s tune. The power structure is set up in such a way that contrary or insubordinate politicians are weeded out long before they reach the top.

Do you believe that the truth sets us free, and that knowing the truth need not breed fear—but rather strengthen our inner power, enabling us to resist and stand up to the situation, instead of remaining meek sheep led to the slaughter without even realizing it? Do you think that strengthening ourselves with spiritual knowledge—as Gregg Braden says—makes us strong and free?
J.P. Absolutely. And that's why I'm in favor of knowing the harsh truth rather than the sweet lie. If you don't want to see the truth, you prefer to live in illusion. And being in illusion is what has kept humanity under the spell of the elites. We need to face our shadow. We need to face uncomfortable truths, and then we strengthen our power. But I would add: spiritual knowledge in and of itself is not enough. We need to live our spiritual knowledge. We can have an intellectual understanding of spiritual knowledge, but that's not powerful enough. Spiritual knowledge becomes much more powerful when it is integrated into our daily lives, because then it becomes wisdom. We need to embody it. It is the difference between the intellect and the heart. Ok, the intellect is important, but the heart is where true wisdom is. In our society today we really worship the intellect. And that’s also what you see in transhumanism. Science, technology, AI,.. becomes the Master, become the God. That’s where intellect without the wisdom of the heart becomes a loose cannon. And that is the danger also of transhumanism that I refer to.
You have explained on many occasions that robots and artificial intelligence can be a serious problem—and even a threat—to a free society. Do you think the problem lies more with the person using the tool than with the tool itself?
J.P. Yes. All intent comes from consciousness. How technology is used depends on the consciousness using it. For example, a knife can be used to harm a person, but a knife can also be very handy to cut food or, in survival situations, it can save your life—for example, to cut trees and branches. So the problem is not the technology. The problem is the ill intent: when technology is used for control, for dystopia. Technology is also getting so powerful that our capacity to handle it with wisdom really needs to increase. I'm not seeing that increase in wisdom because, of course, they want to dumb us down. We are not being taught how to handle these things wisely. The elites want to catch us in speed. They want to overwhelm us with this technology.

So it's important that we have good boundaries with technology, that we handle it with wisdom, and that we don't speed it up. All we hear today is about the AI race. “We need to beat China”. But that's the trigger they're using to stop us from thinking and saying: "Hold on here. Let's not go that fast. Let's use wisdom. Let's use ethics." They want to skip all that.
It is very important in the coming times that we put a lot of emphasis on boundaries with technology and on ethics. I am a computer scientist by training. I studied computer science, so I'm a very big proponent of using technology wisely and having boundaries. We need to know when to say no. We need to know when to get off our phones, because people are on their phones so much. That is up to each of us. We really have to make the effort.
A great deal of information is emerging—especially in the U.S.—about how major pharmaceutical companies, or "Big Pharma," are essentially massive profit-generating complexes dominated by corporate groups that hold stakes not only in these laboratories but also in other major industries, such as the defense sector. What can you tell us about this?
Absolutely, and we saw this clearly during the pandemic. There was a huge vaccine rollout in concert with the pharmaceutical industry. The governements were basically paying for the vaccines, which was a huge operation with taxpayers' money. That's also why we have so much inflation since then. These things are never free, and they came at a huge price, not only economically, but also in the health of the world's population.
The higher up the ladder you go, the more it becomes like one entity. So, although the pharmaceutical industry can be viewed as its own entity, at the top it really links into the military-industrial complex too. And actually, the COVID vaccines and the mRNA technology they use, were created by DARPA, which is the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency of the U.S. military. It's a highly technological branch that is responsible for a lot of our technological evolution over the last decades, including GPS, touchscreens, AI, and also the mRNA technology that was used in the vaccines. So basically, everybody who was injected with the vaccines was injected with highly sophisticated U.S. military technology from DARPA. So right there, you got proof of what you're asking. These technologies are being created in black projects, very secretive projects, and then seeded into the industry.

You currently live in Canada, but you are Belgian, right? How do you think we—freethinkers from both continents—can unite? After all, there is strength in unity.
J.P. Yes, I moved to Canada recently, and I also traveled a lot. I see that there are freethinkers everywhere. One of the great things is that we can unite online. We don't need to be physically close, although physical closeness is very nice too. The internet, which was also created by DARPA by the way, brings us lots of ways to connect. The internet was actually created as part of their plan, but they can't control everything. They're not all-powerful. Sometimes things don't turn out how they want it. That's also why they're trying to control the internet more and more now with digital ID, so you have to authenticate yourself with a digital ID before you go on the internet. As freethinkers and freedom-loving people all over the world, we have to resist this.
But I think it's also important to come together physically with like-minded people. That's why my wife and I offer travels where we visit sacred sites, do meditations, and really connect with each other in person. I love doing that, and I think that's very important too. When we are together physically, we have a powerful energy field. A group can sit down and create a powerful energy field. We can really change things energetically. So I am a big proponent of meeting physically.
Please add anything you think is worth highlighting and might be of interest to the Magazine's readers. Thank you.
I have a few courses online to help people navigate these times. One course is called "14 Days to a Higher Vibration and focuses on becoming more energetically strong and resilient" during these times. It covers grounding, meditation, and all kinds of techniques to get that vibration up, because when you increase your vibration—in a grounded way—you also help the world. Even one person makes a difference to the whole global energy of the Earth. The more we heal and puritfy our energy the stronger our light becomes, which help not only yourself but also the collective.
Another course I have is my AI course. I am an AI skeptic, but I think technology can serve us if we use it in a good way. AI is here to stay so in my AI course, I teach you boundaries with AI. I advise you how to use it and how to not use it, how not to lose your voice, how not to become a cyborg and give all your thinking away to AI. As I said, the more powerful the technology, the more we need to be aware of our boundaries.
Last of all, I want to say that the most powerful energy in the universe is love. We need to focus on that. But a wise love, that is fearless. That is not naive. Humanity is growing up. It’s time we step out of our kindergarten and stop giving our power away. Focus on love, and be discerning too. That is what is really needed in these times.
Thank you very much, Jens, for your wise words.
