Dolores Cannon, (1931 Missouri - 2014 Washington, USA), is recognized as a prestigious hypnotherapist and past life regressionist. She dedicated a large part of her life to remembering and cataloging the 'Lost Knowledge'. She created the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), a form of hypnosis that helps people connect with their inner wisdom and deepest self.

Dolores Cannon wrote 19 highly relevant books on the study and deepening of knowledge that has typically been addressed only in centers of power for initiates, doing a great job of dissemination through her writings and lectures.
The writer encompassed in her research topics normally taboo in Western society, such as life after death, human evolution, extraterrestrial life, and Nostradamus' predictions.
A change from experience
Dolores Cannon had a very conventional early trajectory, as the wife of an American naval officer, Johnny Cannon, with whom she formed a family, accompanying him around the world during his various assignments. Dolores was a typical navy wife until several important events changed the course of her life forever.
Dolores and her husband used to use hypnosis in its simplest form to change fifestyle habits, such as quitting smoking or losing weight. A doctor from the base where they lived asked them to support one of his patients , who had severe emotional and eating disorders, with a serious weight issue that she didn't know how to control. The doctor thought it would be extremely beneficial if hypnosis could be used to help the woman simply relax.
However, in the middle of the session, the woman unexpected literally transformed into a completely different personality with another pattern of voice and gesticulation. Despite the unprecedented nature of the situation, Dolores and Johnny continued to assist the woman in her regression to past lives, and throughout five different and distinct lives. The resulting experience from this event is documented in the first book that Dolores wrote in 2009, Five Lives Remembered.
Dolores Cannon thus began a work that was only interrupted for several years due to the serious accident her husband had, which left him disabled and confined to a wheelchair.
At the end of the 1970s, Dolores resumed her activity and specialized in past life hypnosis, dedicating her life to the study, deepening, and development of new techniques to help those in need.

The work that Dolores was doing was very exhaustive and focused on researching the results of each hypnosis performed. Thus, she spent a lot of time analyzing the authenticity of the facts narrated by her patients, such as country, language, clothing, customs, and everything that could be verified and placed in a specific time and place.
It was through this rigorous verification process that Dolores was checking the authenticity of her results..
Through many regressions and subsequent analysis and study, Dolores finally realized that the memories of past lives and the information that was transmitted through the regressions were being supplied by a much larger, more powerful part than the conscious minds of her clients, which were completely unaware of its existence. The information came from the powerful Subconscious.
Dolores Cannon managed to establish a powerful technique of quantum healing hypnosis. This technique allows for direct contact and communication with the Subconscious of any individual to obtain answers to any question and can also provide the basis for spontaneous healing.
Important Milestones..
Dolores, faced with the difficulty of publishing research topics like the one she was developing at that time, created her own publishing house in 1992, Ozark Mountain Publishing, which now publishes more than 50 authors across 4 continents. Dolores's books have been translated into over twenty languages.
The regressions detailed in the collection of two books based on the work with a client with an astonishing ability to vividly and descriptively remember 'different lives' are relevant. The first book was A Soul Remembers Hiroshima published in 1993, which tells the story of a man who describes his experiences as a Japanese man in Hiroshima in 1945 when the atomic bomb fell on the city during World War II. The second book was Jesus and the Essenes, which describes the life of a young man who was an Essene teacher of Jesus.
The time is NOW.
A relevant work is "Keepers of the Garden." It deals with the concept of time. The past, the present, and the future only exist in the NOW. We have been taught to see time as a linear progression of events based on the Earth's rotation around the Sun. What happens if we position ourselves as inhabitants of a planet with a different rotation? What 'time' would we use if we traveled through space without orbiting the Sun's Time, or is it simply the perspective we adopt?
Keepers of the Garden explains the extraterrestrial origins of humanity and describes a group called 'The Council' - The book presents the need to accept that all things, events, and lives exist simultaneously in the NOW. These concepts are further developed in greater depth in later books, particularly in the 5 book serie Convoluted Universe.
Life between Life.
Between Death and Life published in 1993, Dolores presents the information obtained during regression, where people often connect through the unconscious with their higher self, gaining access to profound spiritual knowledge and memories of the spiritual world. The detailed sessions reveal that the transition between death and life is a natural and peaceful process. Souls report having experienced an overwhelming state of peace and love, accompanied by spiritual guides or beings of light, who help them prepare for the next stage of their spiritual evolution.
The Universal Law of Cause and Effect, known in Eastern traditions as 'karma', is explored as a critical factor in the growth and development of the soul. Before each incarnation, souls choose specific lessons to learn in alignment with their spiritual goals. These karmic cycles provide opportunities for learning, healing, and development. Throughout multiple lives, souls assume various roles and face unique challenges to perfect themselves.

The soul is described as a luminous, eternal, and indestructible energy, existing beyond physical limitations. Souls incarnate on Earth to fulfill a specific purpose: to learn, evolve, and help others. Even painful or difficult experiences are an integral part of this spiritual journey, as they foster growth and understanding.
Each life contributes to the progress of the soul, with all experiences imbued with meaning. Guides and beings of light are instrumental in the soul's transition and in its subsequent journey.
The guides and beings of light are instrumental in the soul's transition and its subsequent journey. These higher-level beings provide protection, guidance, and unconditional love. They help souls understand their purpose and support their spiritual progress, ensuring that no soul travels alone.
Between Death and Life offers a compelling perspective on the spiritual journey as a continuous cycle of learning, growth, and connection. It emphasizes the eternal nature of the soul, the importance of karmic lessons, and the loving presence of spiritual guides, providing a hopeful perspective on life, death, and the intermediary transitions.
